总务处关于暑假期间校园运行及校园生活服务的通知

一、校园安全
为做好暑假期间的校园安全工作,现将有关事项通知如下:
1、离校前请对办公室、实验室进行防火、防盗安全检查。
2、离校前请关好门窗、水、电、气,切断饮水机、打印机、电脑等电器电源。个人贵重物品妥善保管。建议在办公室、实验室门上张贴联系人及联系电话的信息条,方便安全巡查人员发现问题及时联系。
3、在假期期间进行工程施工的,做好施工人员出入的检查和管理,加强对现场施工的监管,严防盗窃和安全事故的发生。
4、发生重大安全事故,及时报告研究生院值班人员和上级主管。
5、放假期间,各实验室、网络机房如发生停电或突发事件,请联系院值班人员或校园物业服务中心26035301进行处理。
6、各教学实验楼出入口,原则上不上锁,如需上锁,请致电26035305。
 
二、公共教室服务
1、7月18日至8月17日,C栋教室可正常申请使用;
2、国法楼内墙面修缮,预计施工时间为7月5日-25日,在此期间请预定C栋南公共教室。
3、暑假期间仅开放C栋南自习室,开放时间9:00-21:00。
4、8月18日起,恢复正常开放时间。

三、健身中心

1、7月18日至8月17日,球馆开放时间为16:00-22:00,健身房全天开放;
2、8月18日起,恢复正常开放时间。

四、班车服务
1、7月18日-8月17日,班车调整如下:
南山线、桃源村线、龙悦居线:早上各站点向后推迟一个小时,下午17:10发车。
桃源村线: 21:30发往桃源村的班车取消。
2、8月20日起,全部班车恢复正常。

Notice of Campus Operation and Living Service during Summer Holiday
 
1. Campus Security
   For the sake of campus security, we kindly remind you of the following notices:
1) Before leaving school, please check the office and laboratory for fire and anti-theft security.
   2) Before leaving school, please close the doors and windows, cut off water and electricity, turn off water dispensers, printers, computers and other electrical appliances, and keep your valuables safe. You are suggested to put emergency contacts and phone numbers on the door in case of any problems found by our security checkers.
   3) If there is a construction project during the holiday, please send the information about the work site, head supervisor, and telephone number to pkuxy@pkusz.edu.cn. Meanwhile, please carry out construction access inspection and management, and strengthen the construction site supervision to prevent theft and safety incidents.
   4) In the event of an accident, please report them to the staff and supervisor of the graduate school in time.
   5) During the holiday, if there is an electricity blackout or any other emergency for any of the laboratories, computer rooms, please contact the staff on duty or Campus Property Service Center at 26035301.
6) All the entries to teaching and experimental buildings will remain open. If there is any special need to lock the entries, please contact 26035305
2. Public Classroom Service
1. Classrooms in Building C are open as usual from July 18th to August 17th.
2. The inner wall of STL building will be renovated, and the project is planned to carry out from July 5th to July 25th, during which please go to the public classrooms of Southern part of Building C.
3. Only classrooms of Southern part of Building C will be open from 9:00 to 21:00.
3. All are resumed normal from August 18th on.

3 Fitness Center  (Table Tennis、 Badminton Court and Gym)
1. From July 18th to Aug.17th, the courts for table tennis and badminton will be open from 16:00 to 22:00, and the gym will be open all day.
2. From August 18, service time will be back to normal.

4. Shuttle Bus Service
1. From July 18th to Aug. 17th, the bus service schedule is as follows:

  • Nanshan Line、Taoyuan Village Line、Longyueju LINE: The schedule for all morning buses will be delayed for 1 hour. The bus will depart from campus at 17:10 in the afternoon.
  • Taoyuan Village Line: The bus that head to Taoyuan Village at 21:30 will be cancelled.

2. From Aug.20th onwards, the normal bus schedule will be resumed.
