一、学院概况
环境与能源学院组建于 2009 年。学院的办学宗旨是：建立环境与可再生能源前沿学科，树立低碳科研教学典范，培养有能力解决环境与能源问题的精英人才，研究城镇化背景下大气环境、水环境和生态问题，开展环境友好型、引领产业发展的可再生能源技术研发，促进人类社会环境和能源的可持续发展。
学院设置了环境科学和环境工程两个招生专业，在校硕士和博士研究生约 200 人（2016 年）。学院围绕城镇化过程中面临的气、水、能问题，重点发展大气环境科学、流域生态环境工程、生物能源等三个特色研究方向
二、招聘岗位、岗位职责及应聘条件
岗位一：助理教授或副教授（大气环境科学领域）
岗位职责：从事大气分析化学，大气污染健康影响、以及其他环境科学相关研究生课程的教学工作；参与大气环境科学的学科建设。
应聘条件：
1、具有环境科学或化学类相关专业博士学位；
2、具备在本学科领域开展原创性研究的能力，能把握相关学科发展前沿，善于开展交叉学科研究；
3、取得博士学位之后，有连续三年及以上的海外科研工作经历；有优秀学术背景，以第一或通讯作者发表SCI收录论文10篇及以上；
4、具有良好的口头表达能力和论文组织能力，能教授本专业相关课程及指导研究生论文。
岗位二：助理教授、副教授、教授（流域生态工程学）
岗位职责：1、教授：承担流域生态工程或水环境工程学科带头人职责，带领学院相关团队成员申请深圳市“孔雀计划”创新创业团队等项目（http://www.szsti.gov.cn/services/peacock），在相关领域取得有影响的突出成果。2、副/助教授：承担水资源高效利用、水环境治理和水生态修复方向的教学与科研工作，参与流域生态工程学学科的建设。
应聘条件：
教授：1、具有相关专业领域取得博士学位；2、在国际一流大学或研究机构具有教授级（或相当于）职称；3、在相关领域方向已取得有影响力的科研成果和具有较高的学术声望，具备良好的口头表达和团队协作能力，能促进本学科的国际交流和合作；4、为院士、“”和“万人计划”入选者、国家杰出青年科学基金项目的负责人或具有相当水平；
副/助教授：1、具有海内外著名大学的学习背景，在相关专业领域取得博士学位已取得一定的科研成果，能把握相关学科发展前沿，具备在本学科领域开展原创性研究的能力，善于开展交叉学科研究；2、具备良好的口头表达和团队协作能力，能促进本学科的国际交流和合作；3、海外留学背景的应聘人应是本领域专家或具有丰富的海外工作经历，具备申请国家青年或相当水平及潜力；4、国内应聘人应为优秀青年科学基金项目的负责人或具有相当水平；
岗位三：教授（生物能源领域）
岗位职责：承担生物能源领域带头人职责，并取得有影响的突出成果，承担生物能源学科建设工作。
应聘条件：
1、在相关专业领域取得博士学位，有在世界名校留学或获得学位的经历；
2、从事生物能源、生物发酵工程及生物质高效转化等领域的研究工作，具有世界一流研究水平，在国外一流大学或研究机构具有教授级（或相当于）职务；
3、近年来在国际重要核心刊物上发表过具有重要影响的学术论文，或获得国际重要科技奖项、掌握重要实验技能、科学工程建设关键技术；为国际同行所公认，具有较广泛的国际学术影响力。

Brief Introduction of SEE
The School of Environment and Energy (SEE) was established in 2009. Its mission is to lead the vanguard in the graduate education in environmental protection and renewable energy to establish a model of low-carbon research and education, to train elite problem-solvers for environmental problems, to do research in atmospheric environmental pollution control, water quality and ecology problems with the development of urbanization, to guide the renewable energy industry in environmentally-friendly technology research and development, and to promote sustainable development of human societies.
SEE offers both MS and PhD degrees in two major fields: Environmental Science and Environmental Engineering with almost 200 master and doctoral students in 2016. School focus on 3 distinctive research directions: Atmospheric Environmental Science，Watershed Ecology & Environmental Engineering and Bio- energy Engineering .
Position, Duties and Qualifications
Position I ：One Assistant/Associate Professor in Atmospheric Environmental Science
Duties
Teach relevant postgraduate atmospheric environmental subjects, such as atmospheric analytical chemistry, health impacts of air pollution and other environment related subjects;；
Participate in Atmospheric Environmental Science discipline construction;
Qualifications
Applicants should:
have a PhD degree in Environmental Science or Chemistry ;
have solid experience in teaching and a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and research;
have three years or more of post-doctoral research or work experience. Applicants must have a proven track record of high-quality peer-reviewed academic publications;
be able to demonstrate effective classroom teaching skills and have good interpersonal skills.
Position II ：One professor and three associate/assistant professors in Watershed Ecology
Duties:
Professor: as the leader of watershed ecological engineering or water environment engineering disciplines leading the team members of school to apply for Shenzhen Peacock Plan Talent Team Project (http://www.szsti.gov.cn/services/peacock). Applicants must have achieved outstanding academic fruits in relevant fields.
Associate/assistant professor: to undertake the teaching and research work of water resources efficient utilization, water environment treatment and water ecological restoration direction, to participate in the discipline construction of watershed ecological engineering.
Qualifications
Professor:
have a PhD degree in relevant field;
with professor title (or equivalent level) in the world-class universities or research institutions;
have obtained influential scientific research achievements and have high academic prestige in the related fields; have good oral expression and teamwork ability who can promote the international exchange and cooperation of this discipline;
as the Academician, “Thousand Talents Program” or “Ten Thousand Talents Program” talent, Chang Jiang Scholar or leader of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars;
Associate/assistant professors:
have a background in famous universities at home and abroad, have obtained some doctoral degrees in relevant fields and have obtained certain achievements in scientific research, be familiar with the frontiers of related disciplines, and have the ability to carry out original research in this area;
have good oral expression and teamwork ability, can promote the international exchanges and cooperation in this discipline;
applicants with overseas study backgrounds should be experts in the field or have rich overseas working experience, and have the ability to apply for the National Young People's Thousand Talents Program or equivalent level or with potential ability;
domestic candidates should be the leader of Excellent Youth Science Fund project or with equivalent level.
Position Ⅲ: One Professor in Bioenergy
Duties
To lead the bio-energy team to get outstanding achievements and to organize the bio-energy discipline construction work
Qualifications
holding doctoral degree and having research experience in world-class institutions who are willing to work in China on a full-time basis.
the applicants should be the world-class expert in bioenergy area and should either have worked as professors or in equivalent positions in famous foreign universities or research institutes
within the past five years, candidate should have published well-ranked academic articles in core journals, or have been awarded with distinguished technology awards, or be in good mastery of important experiment skills and key technology.
