The School of Chemical Biology & Biotechnology (SCBB) at Peking University (Shenzhen) invites applications for multiple faculty positions at both junior (tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor) and senior ranks (Full Professor). SCBB is dedicated to promoting interdisciplinary research between biology and chemistry, and is currently undergoing a rapid growth including faculty size, research funding and laboratory space. The school is seeking applicants with outstanding research records and ambitious plans, bridging basic science discoveries and drug discovery. Candidates who are seeking a stimulating interdisciplinary environment to pursue teaching and research are encouraged to apply. 1.Oncology: novel targets/mechanisms underlying tumor genesis and progression, early diagnosis/biomarker of cancer, immune/cell therapy in cancer treatment.

2.Immunology: especially related to inflammation in the disease context, willing to collaborate with colleagues working on cancer and neurodegeneration to explore the contributions of inflammation to such diseases, and/or treatment using immunological approaches.

3.Neurobiology: underlying mechanisms and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and psychiatric disorders, with focus on neuroinflammation, brain repair and regeneration.

Candidates should hold a Ph.D. degree or equivalent, and have substantial postdoctoral training with a record of excellent research accomplishments.
