School of Advanced Materials

The School of Advanced Materials (SAM) is committed to the the research and development of an advanced materials “genome” and a clean energy system. Key areas include clean energy (thermal, solar cells) acquisition, storage (storage and power battery) and application (new energy vehicles, new organic photoelectric display and lighting). Advanced materials "genome" technology is carrying out high-throughput materials calculation, preparation, change and detection, and other research to provide the technical support for the development of new energy and new material industry.

With the aim of industry development, SAM is carrying out collaborative innovation. In 2013, SAM assumed the national technology innovation project on new energy vehicles (power battery) and the Guangdong Innovation Team program. In 2014, SAM was awarded by Shenzhen Peacock Team projects of "photovoltaic devices, storage battery and its key materials" and "organic optoelectronic devices and flexible display". In 2015, SAM led the foundation of the National Center for International Research on Electric Vehicle Power Battery and Materials. In 2016, SAM led the "key technology of materials genome project and support platform" (based on the research and development project of all solid state lithium battery and key materials). SAM is also supported by Shenzhen Key Laboratory, Shenzhen Engineering laboratory as well as national and local programs of fundamental and application research.

Job Description

Candidates should be committed to excellence in teaching and in supervising graduate students by completion of the curriculum and teaching materials planning, organization and design, assisting teaching quality project reporting and construction.

Responsible for the development planning of research direction, assisting distinguished faculty on the detailed development planning and discipline construction, as well as the declaration of key disciplines, key laboratories and related research platform construction;

To organize major key research projects and to carry out research work.

Requirements

Clean Energy Center

1.Attending the research assignment of the "key technology of materials genome project and support platform" (based on the research and development project of all solid state lithium battery and key materials) and the National Center for International Research on Electric Vehicle Power Battery and Materials.

2.The candidates are expected to hold a PhD (or equivalent) degree on physics, chemistry, materials science and engineering, machinery and electronics related fields. Experiences on quantum mechanics, solid state physics, molecular dynamics simulation, materials calculation are preferred.

3.Candidates should have1) excellent performance in research and a strong commitment to teaching; 2) an excellent postdoctoral training; 3) academic achievement with national and international recognitions.

4.Candidates should have1) independent leadership in a research direction and guidance of graduate work for more than 3 years; 2) an established record of research, and a track-record in securing external funding as PI.

OLEDs Center

1.Candidates with research interests in the fields of organic electronics, e.g. OLEDs, OPV or Perovskite Solar Cell devices, OTFT, nanoelectronic devices, expertise on semiconductor electronic device design and fabrication, deep understanding device physics will be considered.

2.Candidates should have1) excellent performance in research and a strong commitment to teaching; 2) an excellent postdoctoral training; 3) academic achievement with national and international recognitions.

3.Candidates should have1) independent leadership in a research direction and guidance of graduate work for more than 3 years; 2) an established record of research, and a track-record in securing external funding as PI.

北京大学深圳研究生院新材料学院招聘教师

新材料学院简介

    学院致力于新材料“基因组”与清洁能源体系的研发,重点领域包括清洁能源的采集(热电、太阳能电池)、存储(储能和动力电池)与应用(新能源汽车、新型有机光电显示、照明)及通过高通量的材料计算、合成与检测等新材料“基因组”技术开展关键材料等研究,为新能源、新材料产业的发展提供技术支撑。

    学院以产业化发展目标进行交叉学科的协同创新。2013学院承担了国家新能源汽车(动力电池)重大创新工程项目,2013获得广东省引进创新创业团队专项支持,2014年荣获“光伏器件与储能电池及其关键材料研发”及“有机电光材料团队”两个深圳市孔雀团队,2015年组建科技部“电动汽车动力电池与材料国际联合研究中心”(国家级研发中心),2016年牵头承担国家材料基因组平台重点专项(“基于材料基因组的全固态锂电池及关键材料研发”)。学院还先后获评深圳市重点实验室、深圳市工程实验室,获得国家和地方基础及应用专项支持等。

岗位职责

    1、培养和指导研究生

    2、负责学科研究方向的发展规划,或协助学科带头人制订本学科的发展规划和整体建设,做好相关重点学科、重点实验室、相关研究基地等的申报和建设工作;

    3、承担并完成研究生课程规定的教学任务,协助完成对课程和教材的规划、组织与设计,协助做好教学质量工程项目的申报和建设;

    4、组织争取重大重点科研项目及开展研究工作,撰写在国内外具有较大影响的学术专著和论文。

应聘条件

一、清洁能源中心

    1、参加我院2016年国家“材料基因组重点专项(全固态锂电池)”重点专项及国家“电动汽车动力电池与材料国际联合研究中心”:

    2、专业背景:物理、化学、材料学、机械及电子相关领域博士学位。

    3、申请人需具有卓越的科研教学和科研能力、博士后经历以及国内外认可的学术成就;

    4、独立领导一个研究方向并指导研究生工作3年以上,以及有独立申请并获得支持的国家级科学研究基金。

高通量计算方向:学过量子力学和固体物理相关专业知识。熟练掌握第一性原理方法或分子动力学模拟,熟练使用VASP程序者优先。基本的编程技能;精通面向对象编程或并行程序设计者优先。参与新能源材料“基因组”技术研发。有材料设计与计算及大数据“机器学习”的方法和应用软件开发经验者优先。

高通量合成和检测实验方向:物理、化学、材料学、机械及电子相关专业知识。

二、有机光电方向:

    1、申请人需在有机光电,如OLEDs, OPV, OTFT,钙钛矿太阳能电池器件领域具有极大的研究兴趣,擅长有机半导体电子器件的设计和制备,并深刻理解器件物理学;

    2、 申请人需具有卓越的科研教学和科研能力、博士后经历以及国内外认可的学术成就;

    3、独立领导一个研究方向并指导研究生工作3年以上,以及有独立申请并获得支持的国家级科学研究基金。
