关于举办北京大学深圳研究生院第六届趣味运动会的通知

为活跃校园文化，促进师生身心健康，兹定于2015年11月25日（周三）下午15：00-17：30，在北京大学深圳研究生院田径场举行第六届趣味运动会。本次运动会以团体项目为主，同时包含个人项目，兼具竞赛性和趣味性，欢迎广大师生踊跃报名参加。
要求各学院及行政楼各职能部门全体师生参加方阵队列表演，请各学院和有关职能部门认真做好方阵队伍的组建和排练工作，并做好各个团队项目的报名、训练和组织工作，以充分展现各单位师生的风采，熔炼团队精神。
具体项目及报名方法参见《北京大学深圳研究生院第六届趣味运动会比赛规程》，另附《北京大学深圳研究生院第六届趣味运动会报名表》。请各单位负责人于11月20日（周五）前将报名表填好，并发送到 1401213781@sz.pku.edu.cn，联系人：舒同学，联系电话：13267085566。

Dear all,
Fall has come, time for fun! Here is a good news: The Sixth Fun Games is coming! The Games will be held on the track of Peking University at 15:00 - 17：00 on November, 25th (Wednesday afternoon) with fun and challenges. Welcome everyone to join us!
Also notice that to better promote our team spirit and shape our images, all teachers, students and administrative staff are required to particulate in Phalanx Queue for the Games. Necessary arrangements and rehearsals for the formation show, registration and training work should be well organized by colleges and related functional departments before the game starts.
Please read the attached files for knowing more about competition rules and detailed application procedures and fill in the registration form if you are interested in any event.
Person in charge of each college should send a summary registration form to 1401213781@sz.pku.edu.cn before November, 20th (Friday). Please contact 13267085566 (the Sports Minister ) if you have any other questions.
