关于举办我院2013年教职工迎新春联欢晚会的通知
（节目、主持人征集华丽启动）
全院各单位：
在2013年新春即将来临之际，为丰富我院教职工精神文化生活，增进相互交流与沟通，展现我院师生员工积极向上的精神风貌，营造健康高雅活泼的校园文化环境，凝聚力量，团结奋进，喜迎新年到来，我院将举办一年一度的教职工迎新春联欢晚会，现将有关事宜通知如下：
一、晚会主题：
“新征程﹒2013”北大深圳教职工迎新春联欢晚会
即将过去的2012年是北京大学深圳研究生院不断创新发展、迈向新十年的开局之年，广大师生凝聚力量、团结奋进，为深圳研究生院创建世界一流国际化校区不断努力。即将到来的2013年充满希望，广大师生将进一步携手努力，以更开阔的视野、更开放的姿态、更执着的努力加快深圳研究生院的发展，为深圳研究生院迈向新的征程贡献力量。
二、晚会时间：2012年12月28日18点—20点30分
三、晚会地点：麒麟山疗养院
四、参会人数确认：
为便于晚会前期筹备及顺利开展，请各单位将确定要出席2013年教职工迎新春联欢晚会的人数报至yanshan@pkusz.edu.cn。
五、主持人征集：
面向全院教职工征集四名主持人，需要双语主持，欢迎有经验、有热心的老师积极参与。
六、节目征集：
1、原则上各学院至少报送一个节目
2、节目形式不限，歌曲演唱（独唱、小组唱、合唱）、舞蹈表演（交谊舞、民族舞、体育舞蹈表演）、戏曲、小品、相声、魔术表演、武术表演、诗歌朗诵及乐器独奏合奏表演等个人才艺表演和游戏节目等。
3、内容积极向上，体现各单位的文化和独有精神风貌。
七、报名方式：邮件报名
1、请下载附件《2013年教职工迎新春联欢晚会节目报名表》，填写节目内容、形式、参与人员及节目负责人信息。并将此表发送至yanshan@pkusz.edu.cn
八、参会人数确认及节目报名截止时间：2012年12月10日中午12时
请各单位收到通知后，在本单位内进一步发出征集通知，并在规定时间提交反馈信息。

Notice of the 2013 Faculty and Staff New Year Party and
Hosts and Performances Collection
Dear Faculty and Staff,
The 2013 Faculty and Staff New Year Party will be held on December 28th, 2012 at the Kylin Villa. All the faculty and staff members are welcomed to attend. We are currently seeking volunteers to host the event and to give performances.
Event Details:
1. Theme of the Party: New Journey 2013
2. Time and Location: 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. December 28, 2012

3. Performances:
All forms of performances are welcomed as long as the content is positive. At least one group performance is expected from each school and department. In addition, faculty and staff members are also encouraged to give their own performances.
4. Hosts:
4 hosts are needed for this bilingual event. International faculty and staff members are strongly encouraged to volunteer as hosts.

To join the group performance from your school or department, please contact the person responsible in your school or department.
